Ladies and gentlemen leadership has so many definitions but to me i will define leadership as the power to influence and cause a change in people's lives. In addition to that, leadership to make clear meaning to society then it has to cause a positive impact in their lives. Today I am going to discuss with you how to become a great leader that can change and touch the lives of millions of people. There are so many styles of leadership that one can adopt and then drive society to where they want it to be but to me these are the ones that I consider best; 1. Leading Quietly( Quiet Leadership) 2. Charismatic Leadership (Leading by Charisma) 3. Shared Leadership 4.
